1. What is the difference between CVpool and such platforms as Skype, Zoom, etc.?
Such platforms are designed for online communication between candidates and recruiters at precisely specified time. You send the candidate an access to the service in the form of a link, and they answer questions you've prepared beforehand. Also in CVpool you can create comments and evaluation criteria that only you can see.
2. How long will the interview last and who will conduct it?
The length of the video interview depends on the number of questions for this vacancy and the amount of time you need to answer them. Normally, the entire process takes no longer than 30 minutes, but we do recommend you to confirm the exact time with your recruiter before the interview.

The appointment process involves only the candidate, who can do this at any convenient time, without being bound to a specific location.
